In surroundings designed for quiet rejuvenation.  Experience the traditional Scandinavian treatment: body warming, beneficial cold rinse and relaxation period; feel the many benefits and healing properties of water.  Cleanse your skin, improve your physical well-being and discover how beneficial hydrotherapy can be.

Body warming

First comes the body-heating period, when the surface blood vessels dilate and carry more blood to the skin’s surface.  The raised body temperature this produces – through a sauna and Jacuzzi - causes profuse sweating that cleanses the skin. 

Refreshing Rinse Station

The second stage consists of closing the pores of the skin through a beneficial rinse in cool water through a Nordic shower.

Relaxation Area

The final stage is designed to allow the cardiovascular system to regulate itself.  It is recommended to rest the body to help stabilize blood flow and heart rate through a period of relaxation in the relaxation areas.

*We recommend that guests keep themselves hydrated during their time in the Scandinavian Baths
